AIVERSE LLC operates Vibe Apply and is responsible for the processing described in this Privacy Policy. AIVERSE LLC ("AIVERSE," "we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and safeguard information when you visit our website, create an account, connect third-party services, or use our job-search and application tools (collectively, the "Services").

We may collect your name, email address, profile photo, authentication information, and other information you provide when you create or manage your account or contact us.

We may collect resumes, work and education history, Autofill Profile data, job preferences, saved jobs, application answers, application activity, tracker records, networking information, and other information you provide or generate while using the Services.

When you use Vibe Apply to assist with job applications, you may choose to save or generate credentials associated with applicant tracking systems ("ATS") or other job application platforms. We use appropriate safeguards designed to protect stored credentials and use them only as necessary to provide application-related functionality. Credentials provided by you or created through Vibe Apply's application features are handled in accordance with our security practices. We do not sell your credentials or use them for advertising.

Connecting your Gmail account is optional. If you choose to connect Gmail, Vibe Apply accesses your account through Google's authorization process and only within the permissions you grant. Vibe Apply does not require your Gmail password to connect your account. Gmail access may be used to process relevant job-search messages and support features such as identifying application confirmations, verification codes, interview information, recruiter or employer communications, offers, rejections, and other application updates. Information derived from relevant messages may be retained as necessary to provide application-tracking and related features. You can disconnect your Google Account at any time through Vibe Apply or revoke access through your Google Account settings.

If you purchase a paid plan, payment information is processed by our payment provider. We may receive information about your subscription, payment status, billing history, and limited billing details, but we do not store complete payment-card numbers.

We may also collect technical and usage information, including IP address, approximate location, browser-reported time zone, browser and device information, access times, pages or features used, referring information, diagnostic data, and information about the performance and use of the Services. Approximate location may include a city, region, or country when provided by our hosting infrastructure; otherwise, we may use the browser-reported time zone. Device information may include a general device category and operating-system family derived from the browser user agent. We do not collect precise GPS location for this purpose.

We use information to provide, maintain, personalize, secure, and improve Vibe Apply. This includes creating and authenticating accounts, managing user profiles, analyzing and improving resumes, matching users with jobs, assisting with job applications, tracking application activity and status changes, providing networking and related job-search functionality, processing subscriptions, providing support, preventing misuse, troubleshooting technical issues, and complying with applicable legal obligations.

Certain Vibe Apply features use artificial intelligence and other automated technologies. Information necessary to provide these features may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf. This may include information used for resume assistance, job matching, application assistance, application tracking, and other features you choose to use.

When Gmail-connected functionality is used, relevant Google user data may be processed only as necessary to provide or improve the user-facing features you authorize.

We use approximate location and device information to understand how the Services are used across general regions and device categories, measure engagement and reliability, troubleshoot technical issues, prevent misuse, and improve the user experience. Access to this information is limited to authorized personnel who need it for administration, analytics, security, support, or service improvement.

Vibe Apply accesses Google user data only after you authorize the requested permissions and uses that data only for purposes consistent with the features you choose to use.

When you enable Gmail-connected verification-code or Tracker features, relevant Gmail message metadata and body content may be processed by artificial intelligence service providers acting on Vibe Apply's behalf solely to retrieve verification codes and classify application updates.

We do not sell Google user data or use Google user data for advertising. Human access to Google user data is restricted except where you provide consent, where access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, where required by applicable law, or where otherwise permitted under applicable Google policies.

Vibe Apply does not use Google user data to train general-purpose artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Vibe Apply's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

We may disclose information to service providers and other parties that support the operation and delivery of Vibe Apply, including services related to authentication, infrastructure, storage, payments, communications, analytics, security, artificial intelligence, and other technical functionality. These providers process information on our behalf as necessary to provide their services and subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

When you use Vibe Apply to assist with a job application, information may be transmitted to employers, recruiters, job boards, applicant tracking systems, or other services involved in the application process. Information received by those third parties is subject to their respective privacy practices.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law or legal process, investigate fraud, misuse, or security incidents, enforce our agreements, or protect Vibe Apply, our users, or others.

If Vibe Apply is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, information may be transferred in connection with that transaction, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information.

Vibe Apply and its service providers may use cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies to support authentication, security, preferences, analytics, service functionality, and application state. We do not use personal information collected through these technologies for third-party behavioral advertising.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain accounts, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and protect Vibe Apply and its users. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it is processed.

Information associated with connected services, application activity, and saved credentials may be retained as necessary to provide the features you enable. Certain information may also be retained after deletion or disconnection where reasonably necessary or permitted for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.

Session-level usage records containing approximate location and device information are retained while needed for service analytics, reliability, security, support, and improvement. These records are deleted when the associated session activity or account is deleted, subject to any limited retention permitted or required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or recordkeeping purposes.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including requesting access, correction, or deletion and, where applicable, objecting to or restricting certain processing.

You may update certain account information, manage connected services, remove saved credentials where supported, and manage communications through available account controls.

You may disconnect your Google Account from Vibe Apply or revoke Vibe Apply's access through your Google Account settings. Revoking access prevents future access through that authorization. You may request deletion of Google user data maintained by Vibe Apply by deleting your account where available or contacting us.

We may verify your identity before processing certain privacy requests and may retain information where permitted or required by applicable law.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse.

Sensitive information, including stored ATS or job-platform credentials, is handled using safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information. Access to connected Google accounts is handled through Google's authorization mechanisms and the permissions granted by the user.

No system, method of transmission, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Accordingly, while we take reasonable steps to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Services are intended only for people who meet the eligibility requirements in our Terms of Service and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Vibe Apply may interact with or provide access to third-party websites, employers, recruiters, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other services. We do not control the privacy, security, availability, or practices of third-party services. Your use of those services and information they receive may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy and update the Effective Date when changes are made. Where required by applicable law, we may provide additional notice regarding material changes.
