About the role
About the Role
Join a small, high-impact team building AI-powered tools for commercial operations in chemical and industrial manufacturing. You will develop production-ready agents that automate complex quoting, pricing, and sales workflows.
What You'll Do
Build and ship AI agents for quoting, pricing, and cross-sell workflows.
Own product features end to end, from frontend through backend, using TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Integrate product capabilities with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms.
Help deliver GDPR-compliant deployments and data residency solutions for European customers.
What We're Looking For
Three to eight years of full-stack product engineering experience, including at least three years building and shipping products or features.
Experience working at a startup and building or integrating AI systems in production.
Hands-on experience building and operating production LLM agents, including orchestration, evaluation, and reliability; familiarity with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, Mastra, or Agents SDK is relevant.
Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Product engineering experience across frontend and backend, rather than a background limited to research, data science, or backend-only development.
Curiosity about AI and an active interest in emerging tools and techniques.
Experience with manufacturing workflows, enterprise integrations, or data privacy requirements is useful.
