About Fleetio

Fleetio is the intelligent system that keeps maintenance moving. We help fleets plan, approve and execute maintenance—in-house, outsourced, or both. Preventive maintenance, inspections, work orders, parts and vendor repairs come together in one connected system, with AI built directly into the work. For the people keeping fleets running, that means more vehicles available for work, better control of maintenance spend and less time chasing approvals, paperwork and updates. Whether you manage one location or many, Fleetio helps your team keep work moving while you stay in control. Founded in 2012 in Birmingham, Alabama, Fleetio builds software around how maintenance actually happens. We connect to the tools you already use and support the way your fleet operates—without forcing you to change your hardware or maintenance providers. Follow us for practical fleet insights, customer stories and ideas you can put to work.
