About the role

About the Role

Join an enterprise AI risk and security team, working directly with customers to deploy AI systems in complex environments. You will own deployments from technical discovery through production readiness, while turning lessons from customer work into improvements that make future deployments more scalable. The role is based in New York or London and is suited to either a hands-on individual contributor or an engineer ready to build and lead a team.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end enterprise customer deployments, from discovery and scoping through production readiness and handoff.

Configure and troubleshoot Kubernetes, Helm, infrastructure, networking, identity, observability, and scaling in customer environments.

Develop reusable tools, deployment patterns, and playbooks from recurring customer challenges.

Work with customer engineering, security, compliance, and operations stakeholders to unblock deployments.

Partner with product and engineering teams to share deployment insights and inform platform improvements.

For the team-building position, establish and grow the forward deployed engineering function.

What We're Looking For

At least 2 years of customer-facing experience in engineering, solutions engineering, forward deployment, or technical deployments.

Hands-on DevOps experience, including personally operating production Kubernetes clusters and deploying with Helm.

Working knowledge of agentic workflows and enterprise LLM deployment patterns.

Experience independently owning complex deployments and communicating effectively with enterprise technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

For the team-building position, a track record or credible trajectory in building and leading a technical team.

Experience with regulated-industry AI, customer-owned or on-premises infrastructure, networking, observability, incident response, or AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
