About Parkade

Parkade helps modernize how parking works at multi-family buildings and offices, allowing management to easily lease spots digitally through our app to residents, guests and employees. And, when people lease assigned spots long-term, they can reshare their spot when it's vacant — hugely increasing parking capacity and reliability.
