We are partnering with an AI-powered healthcare platform transforming how patients access critical medicines.

The platform connects doctors, pharmacies, payers and biopharma, automating much of the complexity that happens between a doctor prescribing a treatment and a patient actually receiving it - including insurance coverage, financial assistance and supply chain navigation.

The company already supports patients across 85%+ of U.S. ZIP codes and works with 9 of the top 15 largest biopharma companies globally. They have raised $300M+ from leading investors and are continuing to scale rapidly through strong organic adoption.

The Role:

We are looking for a strong full-stack Software Engineer to own products from 0→1 through production.

You will work across frontend, backend, infrastructure and AI, building products used by patients, physicians and biopharma partners.

What You’ll Be Building

Full-stack applications across Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL and Kubernetes

AI workflows for document classification and unstructured data extraction

RAG / QA systems

Products supporting insurance, affordability and fulfilment workflows

Internal tools and automation for complex healthcare operations

What We’re Looking For

Strong full-stack engineering experience

Strong programming fundamentals

Experience at fast-growing, product-driven companies

Ability to own projects end-to-end

Strong communication and customer-facing skills

Experience with AI/ML, RAG, scraping or workflow automation is a plus
