The Opportunity:

We are working with a number of high-growth AI startups looking for exceptional full-stack engineers to help build their core products from the ground up.

These companies range from small founding teams to well-funded startups scaling rapidly, with engineering teams where individual contributors have significant ownership over both product and architecture.

The Role:

We are looking to speak with Full-Stack Software Engineers / Product Engineers who enjoy owning problems end-to-end.

You will typically work across frontend, backend, infrastructure and AI integrations, building products used directly by customers.

You could be:

Building new products and features from 0→1

Developing modern frontend applications in React and TypeScript

Building backend services, APIs and data systems

Integrating LLMs and AI agents into production products

Working directly with founders, product teams and customers

Making architecture decisions across speed, reliability and scale

Owning major product areas from idea through launch

What We’re Looking For

Strong full-stack engineering experience

Strong React / TypeScript experience

Backend experience with Python, Node.js or similar

Experience shipping products end-to-end

Strong product judgment and engineering fundamentals

Comfort working with ambiguity and limited structure

Interest in AI and how it changes the way software products are built

Startup or 0→1 experience is highly valued
