The Role
- Build and extend Go services, database schemas, and REST API endpoints for a multi-tenant control plane.
- Write comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests as a standard part of development.
- Debug complex issues across the full stack, from API responses to Kubernetes clusters.
- Contribute to internal tooling, automation, and client SDKs to enhance team efficiency.
- Participate actively in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent demonstrated ability.
- Strong computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and networking.
- Proficiency in at least one systems or backend programming language (e.g., Go, Java, C++, Rust, C#, Python) with a strong aptitude to learn Go quickly.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational data modeling.
- Comfort with Git, command-line interfaces, and Linux environments.
- Demonstrated initiative through personal projects, internships, open-source contributions, or advanced coursework.
- Excellent written communication skills for explaining technical problems and solutions to a distributed team.
