The Role
- Build and support Python services, including REST APIs, batch jobs, and shared libraries.
- Implement features within claims, eligibility, and drug-pricing workflows.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables through well-designed, maintainable, and unit-tested code.
- Write and tune SQL queries against relational databases.
- Participate in the full application lifecycle, from design to production support.
- Collaborate across departments to align technical solutions with business goals.
What You'll Need
- BS or advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures, testing, and version control.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience building RESTful APIs in Python.
- Comfort working in Linux environments.
