For our client, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack), New Ventures to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.
This role will focus on building end-to-end software solutions for new product initiatives, with responsibility spanning backend services, APIs, and Android experiences. The engineer will work in a fast-moving environment where rapid iteration, product thinking, and strong technical execution are essential. This is an opportunity to partner closely with cross-functional teammates to shape early-stage features, improve development workflows, and help deliver reliable customer-facing outcomes.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $159,000 – $254,000 annually
Responsibilities
Build end-to-end solutions across backend services, APIs, and Android applications
Quickly become productive in new platforms and codebases, with a particular focus on Android and Kotlin
Apply a product-minded approach by understanding customer needs and contributing to feature development
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver fast iterations and incorporate feedback
Maintain high coding standards across multiple codebases while ensuring timely delivery
Own development work through testing, on-call support, and ongoing maintenance
Use AI tools to improve workflow and support a culture of innovation on the team
Qualifications
5-7 years of software development experience with a track record of shipping impactful products
Fullstack experience owning features from backend to client, with familiarity in Java/Kotlin and React
Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous communication, and modern API design patterns
Experience writing clean, maintainable, and resilient production code
Proven ability to learn new technologies and platforms quickly and apply them effectively
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical designs
Experience with early-stage product development or rapid prototyping
