For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager AI Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space.
This role will guide the design and delivery of enterprise AI solutions that support business priorities across the organization. You will build and mentor a high-performing engineering team while setting the architectural direction for scalable, production-ready AI capabilities. The position also requires close collaboration with technical and business stakeholders to advance an enterprise AI strategy and ensure solutions are delivered end to end.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $106,605 – $260,590 annually
Responsibilities
Build and mentor a high-performing AI engineering team
Establish engineering standards and an architectural roadmap
Provide architectural guidance for AI initiatives
Define and execute the enterprise AI strategy
Lead end-to-end solution delivery across the software lifecycle
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in software or AI engineering with hands-on experience
2+ years of experience leading engineering teams or architecture initiatives
Proven track record of delivering production AI solutions, especially Generative AI
Expertise in cloud-native applications on AWS and/or GCP
Strong understanding of microservices and distributed systems
