For our client, we are seeking a Principal Software Engineer- CRM to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.
This role will shape the technical direction for highly customizable and extensible customer relationship management capabilities within a modern SaaS environment. You will partner closely with product, design, and other engineering teams to translate strategic vision into scalable solutions that support customer needs. The position calls for a hands-on technical leader who can contribute production code while driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders. Success in this role will help strengthen product flexibility, improve the customer experience, and accelerate delivery of new capabilities.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $266,200 – $425,900 annually
Responsibilities
Define technical strategies for CRM customizability and extensibility
Act as the technical leader in building new product solutions
Deliver production code actively, bridging vision with execution
Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams to build alignment
Mentor engineers to enhance their skills in product development
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in full-stack software development
Proven experience delivering AI-powered product features
Strong understanding of SaaS product principles
Expertise in both backend systems and product-facing layers
A customer-focused mindset with a passion for product design
