For our client, we are seeking a Software Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will focus on building and optimizing customer-facing frontend experiences across web and mobile channels. The engineer will partner closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality features that improve conversion, retention, and overall user experience. It is an opportunity to work on financial services products in a fast-moving environment where performance, experimentation, and thoughtful execution matter.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $247,737+ annually
Responsibilities
Own the development of frontend interfaces for financial services products on web and mobile.
Create features that enhance the value of loyalty and card offerings.
Lead optimization projects to improve user conversion and retention metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality frontend solutions.
Identify frontend performance issues and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
3+ years of frontend development experience, particularly using React and React Native.
Experience managing the full lifecycle of features, from design to production.
Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and optimization techniques for user flows.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with product, design, and backend teams.
Knowledge of ethical use of generative AI in software development.
