Role Description As a Member of Technical Staff at WavexAI, you will design, build, and optimize core platform components that host and serve LLMs at scale. Day-to-day, you will develop production-grade code, collaborate with other engineers on architecture and system design, and help improve reliability, performance, and security of the service. You will work closely with product and developer experience teams to refine APIs, tooling, and integrations that make it easy for customers to connect their agents and applications to WavexAI. This is a full-time, remote role requiring active participation in technical discussions, reviews, and planning sessions.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering skills in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Rust, or similar) and experience building production systems.

Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, and backend services, including performance optimization, scalability, and observability practices.

Familiarity with machine learning or LLM-serving concepts, APIs, and tooling, or a strong interest in learning AI infrastructure and developer platforms.

Experience with modern development workflows, including testing, code review, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Git).

Ability to collaborate effectively in a technical team, communicate clearly, and contribute to design discussions and documentation.

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience working with developer platforms, SDKs, or tools for integrating AI into applications is a plus.

Comfort working and engaging in an iterative, fast-paced product environment.
