About the Organization
A large enterprise healthcare organization is building out a unified digital platform spanning EHR (Epic), CRM, web, and mobile. You'll bring senior technical leadership to a small, high-impact squad at the center of that effort.
Job Description
We're looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to help drive a cross-functional squad delivering capabilities across Epic, CRM, web, mobile, and API systems.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Providing technical direction within a small squad spanning Epic, CRM, web, mobile, and API development
Shaping architecture and design decisions for the digital platform
Translating product requirements into technical plans and delivery commitments
Supporting sprint execution, estimation, and production readiness
Performing thorough PR reviews; upholding code quality, testing, and security standards
Leveraging AI tools and agent-based workflows to improve engineering productivity
Championing CI/CD, automated testing, and observability
Coordinating with peer engineers on cross-squad dependencies, shared architecture, and API contracts
Collaborating closely with Product on scope, priorities, feasibility, and tradeoffs
Participating in story refinement and journey architecture across web, mobile, and lead/DevOps team functions
\Required Experience/Skills
7+ years of software engineering experience
Prior experience in a technical lead, architect, or team leadership capacity
React Native, C#, and API development
Experience integrating enterprise systems (EHR, CRM, web, mobile, APIs)
Strong architectural experience in distributed or cloud-based systems (Azure)
Proven track record of hands-on PR reviews and upholding engineering standards
Experience managing cross-team dependencies in complex environments
Agile delivery experience
Nice-to-Haves
Epic or other EHR integration experience
Experience with AI-assisted development tools
Healthcare or other regulated industry experience
