About the role

Help us advance AI-powered code generation and understanding. You will work on state-of-the-art ML models and systems that power our inference API and multi-agent orchestration.

What we are looking for

→MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field →3+ years of experience with large language models and transformer architectures →Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and ML experiment tooling →Experience with model serving, optimization, and inference at scale →Strong understanding of NLP and code representation learning RESPONSIBILITIES →Develop and fine-tune models for code generation, completion, and analysis →Design and run experiments to improve model quality and latency →Build evaluation frameworks and benchmarks for code-related tasks →Optimize model serving infrastructure for low-latency inference →Research and prototype new approaches to multi-agent orchestration
