AI Engineer - Manager

About the role

This role involves leading the end-to-end design and development of AI/ML solutions using cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

Responsibilities include defining solution architectures that incorporate LLMs, generative AI, and traditional ML, managing AI projects from architecture to deployment while ensuring best practices in MLOps, security, and scalability.

The manager will partner with clients to translate business objectives into technical solutions, lead workshops with stakeholders, oversee deliverables, and mentor junior team members.

Collaboration with strategic cloud and AI partners is essential to incorporate the latest innovations.

Staying current with emerging AI/ML technologies and frameworks is required.

Qualifications include a minimum of five years' experience in AI/ML or related fields, with leadership in client-facing roles, proficiency in Python and cloud AI platforms, and experience developing enterprise-scale solutions, including conversational AI and AI automation.

Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and the ability to manage technical teams are essential.
