About the role

Role Overview: Seeking a Director, AI Strategy Architect to lead AI solution development and transformation programs using cloud AI services.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end AI initiatives to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and decision-making across industries.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior and C-level stakeholders, shaping AI strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals.

Design, architect, and deliver multi-agent conversational AI systems and automation solutions, ensuring integration, scalability, and security.

Drive business development by identifying market opportunities, developing proposals, and establishing strategic alliances.

Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering technical excellence and career growth.

Collaborate with platform teams (Microsoft, Google, Salesforce) to enhance AI capabilities within relevant ecosystems.

Define strategic vision for AI offerings, staying updated on advancements, and promoting a culture of innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum eight years of experience in AI/ML, data analytics, and cloud technology, with leadership roles in consulting or tech organizations.

Advanced degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field; certifications in AI are a plus.

Hands-on expertise with Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud AI ecosystems, especially in building multi-agent systems like chatbots and virtual assistants.

Proficiency in architecting AI-powered workflow solutions, including agentic AI, automation, and conversational AI integrations with enterprise applications.

Knowledge of scaling AI solutions, ethical AI, MLOps, and industry best practices, with strong technical and business acumen.

Ability to work independently, lead teams, and stay current with AI innovations.
