About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Bright Vision Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative software applications that meet the needs of our diverse client base. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Proven experience in software development, with a strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.

Experience working with modern frameworks and technologies, including but not limited to, React, Angular, Node.js, or .NET.

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Strong knowledge of database management systems like SQL, NoSQL, or Oracle.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to project management.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions aligned with project requirements and company standards.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define project scope and deliverables.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.

Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Maintain and update existing applications to improve performance, security, and usability.

Identify and troubleshoot software issues, providing timely resolutions and documentation.

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate new technologies to enhance product offerings.

Assist in mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment.
