Job Description
Build cloud-based services for subscription management and purchasing covering products, plans, promotions, purchase methods, and geographies for Adobe products including Creative Cloud and Document Cloud.
Deliver highly scalable, reliable, and low-operational-overhead microservices used by multiple clients and teams.
Perform data experimentation, analysis, and implement data consistency and validation features to ensure high-quality data flow across systems.
Responsibilities
Participate in all aspects of software development: design, coding, code review, unit-testing, integration testing, and bug fixing.
Design and deliver medium to complex functionality independently.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a superb end-to-end user experience.
Provide guidance to team members to build scalable, high-performance solutions with low operational overhead.
Prototype ideas quickly and research industry trends to improve product features and adoption.
Track metrics, perform analysis and experimentation for data flowing through different systems/services.
Build RESTful services and features that improve product usability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent (required).
2-5 years of experience in software engineering.
Experience or knowledge in Java and Spring Framework.
Proficient in Object-Oriented analysis and design.
Experience building RESTful services.
Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
Experience with Agile software development techniques.
Motivated self-starter with ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree preferred.
Experience building large-scale, complex client/server solutions.
Knowledge in data experimentation and analysis.
Experience with AWS, New Relic, or Splunk is a plus.
Familiarity with microservices architecture and high-performance, low-operational-overhead systems.
Compensation
Pay Rate: $78.96/hour
