About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join Verisk's dynamic development team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance analytic solutions that support Verisk’s mission to understand and prepare for extreme risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both frontend and backend development, with hands-on experience in .NET, Angular, and AWS cloud technologies. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a preference for candidates holding a Master’s degree or higher. A minimum of five years of professional experience in full-stack software development is essential, with proven expertise in building scalable and maintainable applications. Deep understanding of frontend UI development, backend business logic, and system architecture is required, along with strong skills in frameworks and performance optimization. Proficiency in core technologies such as C#, Angular, PostgreSQL, and Python, or other enterprise-level languages that can be effectively translated, is crucial. Candidates should demonstrate excellent debugging capabilities, a meticulous approach to code review, and the ability to analyze and reverse-engineer unfamiliar codebases. Eligibility to work in the United States, including citizenship, Green Card status, or H-1B visa qualification, is mandatory.

Optimization: Focus on performance tuning, cost-efficiency, system stability, and seamless user experience across all deployments and updates.
