AI Engineer - Manager

About the role

This role involves leading the design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions using cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities Include

Managing end-to-end AI projects, including architecture, model development, and integration, ensuring adherence to best practices in MLOps, security, and scalability.

Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical AI solutions aligned with enterprise strategies.

Leading workshops, overseeing deliverables, and mentoring junior engineers to foster innovation and technical excellence.

Partnering with cloud providers and staying updated on emerging AI/ML technologies to incorporate ecosystem innovations into client engagements.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud solution engineering, with at least two years in a client-facing leadership role.

Degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field; professional certifications in cloud AI/ML platforms are advantageous.

Proficiency in Python and experience with APIs, microservices, containers, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps frameworks.

Hands-on experience with major cloud AI platforms and building conversational AI, generative AI, or automation solutions.

Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to ethical AI practices.
