AI Engineer - Director

About the role

The role involves leading AI solution development and transformation programs across industries, focusing on enhancing customer experience, operational efficiency, and decision-making.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping AI strategies and roadmaps, and designing scalable multi-agent conversational AI and automation systems.

Qualifications

At least eight years of experience in AI/ML, data analytics, and cloud technology, with leadership roles in consulting or tech organizations.

Advanced degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field preferred; Bachelor’s degree required.

Deep expertise in Microsoft, AWS, or Google Cloud AI ecosystems, including agent build functionality for chatbots and virtual assistants.

Proficiency in designing AI-powered workflows and enterprise integrations (CRM, ERP).

Strong understanding of scaling AI solutions, MLOps, and ethical AI practices, with industry consulting insights.

Ability to lead teams, foster innovation, and work collaboratively within a professional environment.
