Role Description

This full-time Cloud & Software Engineer role is a remote position open to candidates across Latin America, with availability to overlap with Puerto Rico business hours. The engineer will build and maintain software applications and services while also administering and improving client cloud environments across major providers. Daily responsibilities include working directly with clients and partners on troubleshooting and requirements, translating discussions into technical solutions, and resolving incidents end to end. The role also involves supporting new projects as the company grows and keeping architectures and procedures well documented.

What you will do

Develop backend services and frontends end to end: API design, authentication, UI, testing, and deployment.

Administer, secure, and improve client cloud environments across providers (OCI, AWS, Azure), covering compute, networking, IAM, databases, and integration services.

Participate in troubleshooting sessions and requirements meetings with clients and partners, and turn what you hear into technical designs, proposals, and working software.

Own incidents end to end, from detection through root-cause analysis and vendor support follow-up

Contribute to assessments, migrations, proofs of concept, and new engagements as the company takes on additional projects.

Document architectures, code, configurations, and procedures.

What we are looking for

3+ years of professional experience combining cloud infrastructure and software development.

Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (OCI, AWS, or Azure).

Ability to build full-stack applications.

Comfortable in client-facing meetings, able to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Fluency in Spanish and English.

Availability to overlap with Puerto Rico business hours (AST, UTC-4).
