Role Overview: This position involves leading the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of AI/ML solutions leveraging cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. The manager will define solution architectures that integrate large language models, generative AI, and traditional machine learning within enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage AI projects, including architecture design, model development, integration, testing, and ensuring adherence to MLOps, security, and compliance best practices.
Partner with clients to translate business needs into technical AI solutions aligned with enterprise strategies and outcomes.
Lead workshops and design sessions with stakeholders, oversee deliverables, and proactively manage project risks and dependencies.
Mentor junior engineers and consultants, fostering innovation and technical excellence.
Collaborate with strategic partners to incorporate ecosystem innovations and stay current with emerging AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
Build expertise in conversational AI, generative AI, and AI automation solutions, with a focus on security, data privacy, governance, and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum five years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud solution engineering, with at least two years in a client-facing leadership role.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
Certifications in cloud AI/ML platforms are a plus.
Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI/ML, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI.
Proficiency in Python and relevant languages, with expertise in API development, microservices, containers, CI/CD, and MLOps frameworks.
Experience with conversational AI, generative AI, automation, and knowledge of AI security and ethics.
Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel and eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
