The Role
Guide the design, modernization, and operational reliability of large-scale technology platforms.
Split time between hands-on engineering and technical leadership, mentoring a team of engineers.
Drive enterprise-wide modernization initiatives across hybrid AWS and Azure environments.
Own reliability engineering practices including SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, and incident response.
Architect and implement solutions across AWS and Azure, including multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud environments.
Embed security-by-design principles into architecture and development lifecycles.
What You'll Need
8+ years of professional software/systems engineering experience, including team lead capacity.
Demonstrated success leading large-scale modernization/transformation programs.
Strong background in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and principles.
Hands-on expertise across AWS and Azure, including multi-cloud and hybrid-cloud architecture.
Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code and automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
