A Senior Software Engineer opportunity has emerged at a fast-growing, venture-backed startup that is fundamentally changing how healthcare is delivered. Could this be the role where you own entire product surfaces, and help build something genuinely new from the ground up?
The Role
The Senior Software Engineer will join as one of the earliest engineering hires in a New York-based team that is scaling quickly to meet contracted customer demand that is already outpacing capacity.
This is a founding level position in all but name, and the expectation is that you will operate with broad ownership across engineering, product definition, and UX decisions, bringing a feature from concept through to shipped product without needing a separate PM to define each step. You will work directly alongside the CTO daily, architecting and building the core systems that power an AI-driven clinic platform.
The Company
This is a VC backed, seed-stage company operating in the healthcare technology space, building an AI-powered platform designed to transform how care is managed and delivered. The business has already secured contracted revenue and is growing rapidly, with engineering sitting at the centre of its ability to deliver on that demand.
The role is based from their New York offices.
What experience does the Senior Software Engineer need?
Professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of technical excellence.
Strong Python, backend engineering, AI/ML and system design experience.
Proven ability to own and ship products/features end-to-end, including making product and design decisions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
