ABOUT THE COMPANY

Domestique is a hands-on Revenue Operations consultancy built by operators who like to roll up their sleeves and challenge assumptions. We partner with high-growth companies generating $5M to $100M in ARR to reduce operational friction and create stronger alignment across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. We help teams build revenue engines that are repeatable, predictable, and profitable. Our approach is practical, data-driven, and tailored to each client. We prioritize outcomes over hours, believe in an integrated lifestyle, and bring curiosity, accountability, and a healthy sense of humor to everything we do. If simplifying systems, optimizing funnels, and turning data into action energizes you, you will feel right at home here.

ABOUT THE ROLE

At Domestique, we believe operational excellence across the entire GTM funnel separates good companies from great ones. We're hiring a GTM AI Engineer to build and scale intelligent, AI-enabled infrastructure across our clients' RevOps stacks. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-velocity environments, sees systems as a strategic growth lever, and wants to be on the cutting edge of AI in GTM.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Engineer scalable GTM infrastructure for inbound and outbound sales motions using platforms like Claude, OpenAI, Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, LeanData, and AI-native tools.

Deploy agentic workflows to automate and optimize lead scoring, enrichment, routing, and follow-up based on dynamic funnel behavior.

Implement Domestique’s “Strategy > Process > Tooling > Data > Enablement” framework to operationalize top-to-bottom funnel strategies.

Own the configuration, QA, and optimization of GTM systems, ensuring technical soundness and data trust.

Document and maintain system architecture, data schemas, and API integrations in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Support client training and handoff by packaging documentation, dashboards, and workflow logic.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

7+ years of experience in RevOps, SalesOps, or MarketingOps system administration.

Deep familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, and enrichment tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, Clay, ZoomInfo, etc.).

Hands-on experience with AI workflow tools or scripting/prompting AI agents.

Fluency in systems documentation and process mapping (bonus if you’ve used Domestique's general documentation template).

A strong bias for testing, automation, and solving root causes, not symptoms.

Experience supporting demand councils and quarterly planning processes is a plus.

About Domestique

Fair. Rude. But fair. Let’s take the second question first. In competitive cycling, Domestiques are riders who lead the pack, breaking headwinds to make the journey easier for the team. And it’s the love of doing the hard, foundational, gritty and unglamorous work that informs everything we do. Now, to your first question. Domestique is the GTM operating layer for companies building for scale. We're a fractional agency that helps businesses scale through go-to-market operations (aka Revenue Operations or RevOps). Not sure what that answer means? No sweat. We, in the next paragraph. will make it as long-winded as possible. We are Rhys Williams and Alex Biale, co-founders of Domestique. We have a combined 25+ years in go-to-market operations experience, translating CEO questions like “let’s move up market” and “let's expand internationally” into best-in-class operations. Our expertise informed the development of a GTM operational framework that we use to help companies create, accelerate and optimize their revenue engines. And our understanding of building, scaling, funding and preparing your company for exit is what sets our expertise apart. Our mission? Empower your business to unlock growth levers to do great things. (What are growth levers? They’re things like Capacity Planning, Lead Scoring, Customer Segmentation, Comp Strategy, and other terms that sound like things we just made up). Growing a business is hard and too often companies fail because they lack the preparation, agility and connective tissue to get through the hard part. We help by though strategic and technical services to align your business strategy with your go-to-market playbook. Because visualizing your goals, your outcomes and life-changing moments—that’s where you come in. Getting you from mile marker to mile marker—that's where we come in. After all, that’s our role as your Domestique—Your accelerator. Your guide. Your teammate.
