We are seeking a highly motivated, technically agile Software Engineer I to join our international engineering pod. In this entry-level role, you will help build, scale, and optimize core application features while collaborating directly with cross-border engineering and product teams.

Why Join Us

Global Tech Track: Gain an accelerated career path in software engineering, working on localized architectures that handle millions of cross-border data transactions daily.

Full Visa Sponsorship Ecosystem: Join a company with a proven track record of supporting global talent, offering dedicated legal pipeline support for OPT, STEM extensions, and H1-B visa lottery processing.

Modern Collaborative Environment: Work daily within a fast-paced, tech-forward culture utilizing premier frontend frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and modern continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

Responsibilities

Full-Stack Feature Development: Write clean, maintainable, and testable code across our frontend and backend tech stacks (typically React/Node.js or Python) to deliver impactful user features.

Cross-Border Localization Support: Partner with international product managers to refactor and optimize core codebases, ensuring structural localization, language tokenization, and seamless UI/UX execution for Korean and English-speaking user bases.

API Architecture & Integration: Design, build, and maintain secure RESTful APIs to connect internal microservices and leverage cloud-native services.

Code Quality & Testing: Participate in active peer code reviews, and write comprehensive unit/integration tests to ensure software reliability and minimize production defects.

Agile Pod Participation: Actively engage in all Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retro sessions, ensuring clear communication of technical blockers and feature timelines.
