• About the Opportunity:

The Senior Software Engineer, UX role is responsible for leading the design and development of the organization''s core product interfaces. This position ensures the product experience is both functional and thoughtfully crafted, combining strong design sensibility with robust frontend engineering skills. The role plays a key part in shaping the user experience of AI-native, developer-facing products, collaborating across teams to deliver polished and high-quality solutions.

• Responsibilities:

Own the visual and interaction design of core product surfaces and implement them using React and TypeScript

Establish and maintain high UX quality standards including interaction states, motion, hierarchy, and detail

Transform rough product concepts into polished, high-fidelity prototypes and final experiences

Develop and manage the design system and visual language for product scalability

Collaborate closely with engineering and marketing teams on product direction and execution

Utilize AI tools and agents to enhance design and development efficiency

• Requirements:

Portfolio demonstrating strong product design taste and craftsmanship

Proficient in UX and visual design from concept to high-fidelity execution

Expert in Figma for design creation and component library management

Solid frontend engineering skills with experience in React and TypeScript

Familiarity with AI-assisted design and development, with an aptitude for AI-native interfaces

Ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations and own projects end to end

• Pay Range and Compensation Package:

Salary range: $180,000 - $240,000
