- About the Opportunity:
The Senior Digital Software Engineer leads the delivery of complex software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives. This role drives technical execution, collaborates across functions, mentors team members, and influences engineering practices to support the organization's technology goals.
- Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of significant software components across the technology stack.
Serve as a technical lead, coordinating development and setting engineering direction.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Provide architectural guidance and promote best practices such as secure coding and automation.
Mentor engineers through code reviews and career development support.
Influence planning and prioritization by aligning technical solutions with business goals.
Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure deployment readiness and system performance.
Support incident response and root cause analysis for critical production issues.
- Requirements:
5 to 8 years of professional software development experience, including full-stack or backend expertise.
Proficiency in multiple technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, SQL/NoSQL, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
Experience with system design, architectural patterns, and API development at scale.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven leadership in complex technical initiatives and mentoring.
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Annual base salary range: $117,880 - $147,350 USD.
Additional incentive opportunities including annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives based on role performance.
Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, education, licensure, and skill level.
