Role: AI lead

JD: Develop and deploy Azure AI Search solutions integrated with RAG pipelines for intelligent information retrieval.
Implement and fine-tune Azure OpenAI models (GPT family) for enterprise use cases, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Design and maintain prompt engineering strategies for GPT-based applications.
Monitor and evaluate AI model performance using Arize AI or similar observability tools, ensuring fairness, accuracy, and reliability.
Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems and ensure compliance with security and governance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements.
