What your day-to-day will look like:

Lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of internal AI-driven products and solutions.

Design, develop, and implement AI, Generative AI, and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Build and manage intelligent workflows, AI agents, prompt engineering frameworks, orchestration layers, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, and model evaluation processes.

Identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities that deliver measurable value to business functions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution capabilities, and align AI initiatives with organizational goals.

Partner with architects, software engineers, data professionals, and business teams to design and deploy scalable AI solutions.

Monitor solution performance, adoption, and effectiveness while continuously optimizing outcomes.

Ensure AI systems adhere to security, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements.

Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and industry trends to recommend future enhancements and innovations.

Drive the adoption of AI best practices and foster a culture of innovation across the organization.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, product management, or related disciplines.

Hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise AI solutions and intelligent automation platforms.

Experience building AI-powered applications, agent-based workflows, and scalable machine learning or Generative AI solutions.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product ownership principles, and solution delivery frameworks.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.

Knowledge of AI model monitoring, evaluation, governance, and responsible AI practices.

Familiarity with cloud-based AI services, APIs, and enterprise integrations.

Experience working with data platforms, analytics solutions, and automation technologies.

Understanding of cybersecurity, privacy, and compliance considerations within AI environments.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive business adoption of emerging technologies.
