The Role
Design scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems.
Make architectural decisions and guide technical direction, ensuring code quality.
Productionize AI Proof-of-Concepts and MVPs by building necessary scaffolding, APIs, services, integrations, pipelines, and release processes.
Focus on AI application engineering, not deep machine learning model building.
Work with RAG, agentic workflows, LLM/API integrations, evaluation, and observability.
What You'll Need
Proven experience in taking AI solutions from concept to production.
Strong background in Azure and CI/CD, covering infrastructure, security, identity, networking, and environment management.
Ability to integrate AI applications with various enterprise systems while adhering to security, compliance, and enterprise standards.
Hands-on builder mindset with strong coding skills, capable of code reviews, service building, and improving engineering practices.
Practical experience with RAG, agentic workflows, and LLM/API integrations.
