Job Description

We are seeking a Data Scientist to analyze complex datasets, develop analytical models, and generate insights that support business and operational decisions. The role involves working with structured and unstructured data, identifying trends, building predictive models, and communicating analytical findings to internal teams.

Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources.

Identify trends, patterns, and relationships within data.

Develop statistical and predictive models to support business objectives.

Build and evaluate machine learning models when appropriate.

Perform exploratory data analysis and investigate data quality issues.

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings.

Translate business questions into analytical approaches.

Collaborate with technical and business teams on data-related projects.

Monitor model performance and improve analytical solutions.

Document analytical methodologies, processes, and results.

Conduct research and evaluate new data analysis techniques.

Present complex analytical findings in a clear and understandable manner.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.

Strong knowledge of data analysis and statistical methods.

Experience with Python, R, SQL, or similar data analysis tools.

Familiarity with machine learning concepts and predictive modeling.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work with large and complex datasets.

Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.

Previous data science experience is preferred.
