Forward Deployed Engineer

As an FDE / Agent Engineer, you’ll lead the delivery of production-grade Conversational AI and agentic solutions for enterprise customers. You’ll transform prototypes into scalable, secure AI systems and work directly with customer engineering teams to deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy Conversational AI, CX applications, and multi-agent workflows.
Integrate AI agents with APIs, enterprise systems, legacy data, knowledge bases, and security infrastructure.
Design evaluation, observability, tracing, and monitoring for agent performance, tool selection, latency, and reliability.
Develop reusable solutions and identify product improvements from customer implementations.
Partner with customer engineering teams on architecture, development, deployment, and adoption.
Own technical delivery from prototype through production deployment.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of software development, preferably with Python.
Experience building AI/ML systems on cloud platforms, especially GCP.
Experience with Terraform/IaC, cloud resources, agents, functions, and networking.
Experience developing full-stack enterprise applications and customer-facing solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s/PhD in AI, CS, or related field.
Experience with multi-agent frameworks, ReAct, and self-reflection.
Expertise in agent debugging, tool selection, tracing, and observability.
Experience with RAG, enterprise knowledge bases, and chunking optimization.
Experience troubleshooting high-traffic production systems under critical conditions.
