The Role
Extend and maintain testing automation frameworks primarily using Java and JavaScript.
Take ownership of understanding business requirements and developing comprehensive test strategies and plans.
Design, develop, and maintain API test automation frameworks to facilitate scripting, execution, and analysis.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship for test engineers, both onshore and offshore.
Collaborate with product owners to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and understand functionality.
Develop automated functional scripts using tools like Java, Karate, and JMeter.
What You'll Need
8-10 years of experience with a Bachelor's degree.
Strong design and development skills in Java (3-5 years) and BDD testing frameworks like Cucumber or JBehave.
At least 8 years of experience in test automation framework design.
Strong experience in testing REST APIs (3+ years).
Proven experience developing test scripts, test cases, and test data.
Ability to write queries in SQL or other relational databases.
