Are you an experienced Embedded Software Engineer looking to take ownership of complex projects within a well-established global electronics and automotive manufacturer?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-standing and stable organisation with over 30 years of industry experience, working on innovative IoT and embedded technologies within the automotive sector.
As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, you will take ownership of embedded and electronics applications across the full product lifecycle, from initial requirements through to delivery and ongoing development. You will work closely with customers and internal engineering teams to deliver robust, high-quality solutions that meet technical and commercial requirements.
This role would suit an experienced engineer with strong embedded software and electronics knowledge who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, influencing projects and contributing to a quality-driven engineering environment.
The Role:
Take ownership of embedded software projects from concept through to delivery
Develop, maintain and enhance embedded applications across the product range
Work closely with customers and internal engineering teams
Lead design and peer reviews and support project delivery
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers
Resolve complex technical issues and maintain project documentation
The Person:
Proven experience in embedded software development
Strong Embedded C and/or electronics knowledge
Experience owning projects or technical workstreams
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable working with customers and cross-functional teams
US Citizen or Green Card Holder
