  • About the Opportunity:

The Senior Software Engineer II plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining MarketPlace solutions that extend the core CPM platform. This position contributes to delivering interactive and scalable software solutions that meet customer needs and improve user experience. The role involves leading design discussions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring code quality to support the organization’s mission of providing advanced financial software.

  • Responsibilities:

Design and architect interactive web-based and embedded solutions.

Document source code and improve standards, APIs, and flow diagrams.

Develop solutions that meet customer and stakeholder expectations.

Suggest user-friendly feature options to enhance customer experience.

Lead requirements discussions focused on value delivery.

Review unit tests and conduct code review meetings.

Lead design planning and provide complex design requirements.

Mentor team members on best practices and coding standards.

Onboard and train new hires.

Approve pull requests and release branches.

Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.

8+ years of software development experience with expertise in design patterns, memory and performance tuning, and SQL optimization.

Knowledge of RESTful API design and deployment automation.

Experience with cloud-hosted software solutions and deployment pipelines (Git Actions or DevOps).

Familiarity with SSO configuration, web application development, and debugging.

Proficiency in SQL query analysis, indexing, partitioning, and stored procedures.

Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.

Knowledge of AI-assisted coding best practices.

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, preferably Azure.

Proficient in C#, VB.NET, and .NET frameworks.

Preferred:

Domain expertise in financial systems.

3 or more Azure certifications.

  • Pay Range and Compensation Package:

Gross annual base salary: USD 151,000 - 196,000.

Additional variable compensation and benefits may apply based on experience, skills, and location.
