About the role

The Team

Converge Mobility is Deloitte's product engine and storefront for the Auto & Mobility industry, connecting Auto Industry Advantage priorities to the firm's broader Products+ growth strategy. The Converge Mobility portfolio spans a growing suite of IA-aligned products that leverage proprietary data, AI-native decision intelligence, and reusable Converge capabilities to deliver client value. The team works on products across the maturity curve, from early-stage exploration and demo (V0) through accelerator (V1) to scale (V2), but its primary focus is on building mature, licensable, ARR-driving product businesses that can be sold and scaled with minimal customization across auto OEM, dealer, and mobility clients. Ultimately, Converge Mobility brings together the depth of Deloitte's auto-sector expertise and world-class product management / engineering to create a sustainable, profitable product business.

Within Converge Mobility, Seamless CX is one of the portfolio's priority pillars, encompassing products across Commerce, Aftersales, and Remarketing - designed to help auto OEMs, dealers, and mobility providers understand, retain, and grow value from their end customers.
