About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior PLM Developer with strong expertise in Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA development and customization. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience designing, developing, supporting, and enhancing PLM solutions while collaborating with global teams across the US, Japan, and India.

This role will play a key part in delivering scalable engineering and product lifecycle management solutions, supporting business-critical applications, and driving continuous improvements across the PLM ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

PLM Development & Customization

Design, develop, and enhance applications on the Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE / ENOVIA platform.

Customize out-of-the-box (OOTB) functionalities using configuration, business rules, and custom code.

Develop and deploy new features, enhancements, and fixes based on business requirements.

Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues and defects.

Support day-to-day PLM operations and end-user requests.

Technical Design & Requirements Analysis

Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.

Prepare Technical Specification Documents (TSDs), design documents, and project-related documentation.

Recommend scalable and sustainable PLM solutions aligned with engineering processes.

Integration & System Support

Develop integrations between ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE and external enterprise applications.

Work with APIs, web services, and enterprise integration frameworks.

Monitor system performance and ensure platform stability.

Support deployment, testing, and release activities.

Leadership & Collaboration

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

Participate in code reviews and development best practices.

Coordinate with distributed teams located in the US, India, and Japan.

Communicate project status, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of overall software development experience.

5+ years of hands-on experience with ENOVIA V6 / Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE.

Strong experience in PLM application development and customization.

Experience with:

ENOVIA Business Objects

MQL

JPO Development

Java

JavaScript

Web Services / REST APIs

Experience building integrations between PLM and enterprise systems.

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

Experience working in Agile development environments.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience leading small technical teams or acting as a technical lead.

Experience supporting global engineering organizations.

Knowledge of product data management (PDM) and engineering change processes.

Experience with manufacturing, automotive, or engineering domains.

Familiarity with CMMI documentation and SDLC best practices.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range Minimum: $45 /hour

Pay Range Maximum: $ 60/hour
