We are seeking a highly skilled Java Software Engineer to join our team in Annapolis. As a Java Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software applications using Java programming language. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions that meet business requirements. Your major end result will be to ensure the reliability, scalability, and maintainability of our software applications.

Job Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain software applications using Java programming language

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize software requirements

Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure software quality

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of software development processes

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

3+ years of experience in Java development

Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Test Driven Development

Experience with C programming language

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS or Azure

Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with database technologies such as MySQL or Oracle
