Sr Software Engineer/ Founding Forward Deployment Engineer

You'll work closely with leadership teams and end users to identify operational challenges, rapidly prototype solutions, and scale them into production systems used across the organization.

What You'll Do

Partner directly with business stakeholders to understand complex operational challenges.

Design, build, and deploy software solutions that streamline workflows and improve decision-making.

Create data pipelines that transform unstructured and fragmented information into reliable, actionable data.

Develop applications that replace manual processes and spreadsheet-driven workflows.

Build integrations across CRMs, ERPs, internal systems, and modern data platforms.

Leverage AI and LLM technologies to automate repetitive tasks and enhance business operations.

Rapidly prototype new solutions and evolve them into production-grade applications.

Take ownership of projects from initial discovery through successful deployment and adoption.

Required

4+ years of professional software engineering experience.

Strong programming skills in Python.

Experience with SQL, APIs, data pipelines, and modern software development practices.

Proven ability to design, build, and deploy production software.

Ability to work independently in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.

Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

Experience working with LLMs, AI applications, RAG architectures, agent-based systems, or prompt engineering.

Full-stack development experience.

Experience integrating enterprise systems and operational platforms.

Background in data-intensive, analytics, SaaS, financial, or AI-driven environments.

Experience rapidly delivering prototypes and iterating based on customer feedback.
