Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy LLM-based workflows, copilots, and AI automation solutions.
Develop production-ready applications using Python, Java, or SQL.
Integrate AI models with APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise/healthcare systems.
Work with AWS, Azure, or GCP and distributed systems.
Support prompt engineering, data preparation, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and translate them into working solutions.
Develop prototypes with a clear path to scalable, secure, production-ready systems.
Document solutions and support knowledge transfer to client and internal teams.
Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on programming experience.
2+ years of consulting, advisory, or client-facing technical experience.
Strong experience with Python/Java/SQL, APIs, and integrations.
Exposure to LLMs, GenAI, and prompt engineering.
Cloud experience with AWS/Azure/GCP.
Hands-on experience with Codex, Claude, or similar AI productivity tools.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Preferred: Healthcare payer/provider experience and knowledge of healthcare data privacy/compliance.
