Required Skills
Strong Python development and production software engineering experience.
Hands-on experience with LLMs / Generative AI / Foundation Models.
Strong experience building RAG pipelines, including embeddings, vector databases, retrieval, reranking, and document processing.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or Agents SDK.
Experience with PyTorch and/or Hugging Face.
Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and/or AWS Bedrock.
Experience with Snowflake or Databricks and Pinecone or equivalent vector databases.
Strong knowledge of API development, cloud deployment, testing, Git, and security.
Experience with LLM evaluation, prompt engineering, AI monitoring, and responsible AI/guardrails.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- The AI Engineer will build and maintain RAG pipelines and generative AI solutions using foundation models.
- They are responsible for cloud deployment, API development, and implementing responsible AI guardrails.
