Job Description

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Peer AI, you will build complex AI-native product experiences end-to-end. You will own product capabilities across React/TypeScript and Python/FastAPI, integrating LLMs into production workflows for top-tier pharma customers. You'll help redefine engineering by leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate clinical research and life-saving medical discoveries.

What You Will Do

Own end-to-end product capabilities, building React/TypeScript frontends and Python/FastAPI backends to support sophisticated regulatory workflows and document processing.

Integrate LLMs and AI agents into reliable production systems, ensuring data integrity, observability, and robust human-in-the-loop controls.

Partner directly with Product, Design, and domain experts to transform ambiguous regulatory challenges into simple, high-impact product experiences.

The ideal candidate

Strong generalist with deep fundamentals in modern TypeScript/React and Python, plus a track record of shipping production web applications.

Experienced in reasoning about distributed systems, asynchronous execution, and building resilient data models for complex, long-running operations.

A high-agency problem solver who naturally integrates AI coding tools into their workflow while maintaining a high bar for engineering judgment.
