Senior Virtual Reality / AI Engineer

About the role

Hello,

We have 5 urgent openings for "HRIS Project Manager". These are hybrid roles.

Only looking for candidates who can work on W2

Strictly no C2C or third-party vendors

Location: NYC, NY

Duration: 12+ months

Required Qualifications

Strong hands-on experience developing Virtual Reality applications and immersive experiences.

Unity development experience is mandatory.

Strong understanding of VR architecture and how complete VR applications are designed, developed, integrated, and deployed.

Experience developing VR applications for Android-based systems/devices.

Strong experience working within Windows development environments.

Experience with Blender, including 3D modeling, graphical development, asset creation, modification, and/or optimization.

Strong knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and AI-assisted development techniques.

Demonstrated ability to identify and implement ways that AI can accelerate software, VR, and content-development workflows.

Strong understanding of 3D graphics, rendering, animation, spatial environments, and interactive experiences.

Experience optimizing VR applications for performance-constrained devices.

Strong software engineering, debugging, problem-solving, and technical communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with modern VR/XR hardware and SDKs such as Meta Quest, OpenXR, or similar platforms.

Experience integrating AI/ML models or Generative AI services into interactive applications.

Knowledge of computer vision, spatial computing, 3D reconstruction, procedural generation, or AI-generated 3D content.

Experience with Unity development using C#.

Experience with Android SDKs, APIs, device integration, and performance optimization.

Familiarity with real-time rendering pipelines, shaders, lighting, textures, animation, and 3D optimization.

Experience developing AI-powered tools that improve developer or designer productivity.
