Rate: $70/hr C2C/1099 (OR) $60/hr on W2 (Max)

Must-Have Skills
7+ years in Machine Learning, with strong production-grade Computer Vision Deep Learning experience.
Expert hands-on PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
Strong experience with CNNs, image classification, object detection, segmentation, localization, and feature extraction.
Proven experience building, training, evaluating, optimizing, and deploying CV models into production for real clients/products.
Experience with transfer learning, backbone/architecture selection, hyperparameter tuning, error analysis, and model optimization.
Experience handling large-scale image datasets and multi-GPU/distributed training.
Strong MLOps experience: model versioning, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and production ownership.
Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker and cloud-based ML pipelines.
Strong technical leadership, architecture reviews, and mentoring experience.

Candidates primarily focused on GenAI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP, traditional ML, academic/POC projects, or pre-built computer-vision APIs without substantial production CV deep-learning experience.
