🔹 5+ years of software development experience using Python or similar languages
🔹 Hands-on experience with Google Conversational AI ecosystem: Dialogflow CX, Gemini-powered Conversational Agents, Customer Engagement Suite (CES), Contact Center AI (CCAI)
🔹 Experience with: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
Full-stack application development, Enterprise integrations and APIs
🔹 Strong understanding of: Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, MLOps, Cloud Architecture
