- About the Opportunity:
The Software Engineer, Product will play a key role in architecting and developing the platform that powers digital onboarding for financial institutions globally. This position is responsible for building scalable, reliable systems that handle diverse onboarding scenarios, directly impacting millions of users. The role involves close collaboration with customers, product teams, and engineering leadership to translate complex banking requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Responsibilities:
Architect and develop features across the full technology stack to manage high scale and complexity
Enhance and maintain integrations with legacy banking systems and third-party compliance providers
Address technical challenges including multi-tenant architecture, real-time data processing, and ensuring bank-grade reliability
Collaborate with major banks to understand and implement unique onboarding requirements
Ensure system performance, scalability, and reliability for processing millions of applications across various banking products
- Requirements:
Experience with modern web technologies such as React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL
Strong system design skills and experience building scalable architectures
Ability to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions
Focus on balancing technical quality with delivering impactful features
Consideration for user experience for both consumers and bank employees
Proactive in working directly with customers and iterating based on feedback
Desire to own significant product components and influence technical decisions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Software Engineering
Legal authorization to work in the United States and residence within the continental United States
- Pay Range and Compensation Package:
The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
